Finance and Accounting Associate
PHARMAMED-MADO Ltd. is a company whose main activity is the registration and promotion of medical devices with a focus on anaesthesia, intensive care, oncology, pain management, paediatrics, urology, surgery, orthopaedics, traumatology, invasive cardiology and intensive radiology. We distribute medical products of innovative and clinically justified modern technologies while having the optimal patient outcome as a primary goal.

Location: Company’s office in Zagreb
Job description:
- posting of statements (in local and foreign currency), and processing payments for local and foreign orders
- posting of credit card statements and linking with incoming accounts
- storing and preparing complete accounting documentation for posting and balancing
- preparing reports for state institutions
- coordination and confirmation of balances with customers and suppliers domestically and internationally
- preparation, calculation and payment of travel orders
- preparation of monthly invoices for affiliated companies
- accompanying accounting tasks necessary for cost tracking and control
- posting of incoming invoices
- monitoring cash flow, preparing payments and payment orders
- creating and delivering WAT forms and other regulatory requested reports
- other orders as instructed by the Line Manager
Job requirements:
- High School Diploma or University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- prior experience in accounting or finance roles
- knowledge of working in Luceed is desirable, but not a requirement
- reliability, strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- languages: English (speaking level – basic, writing level – basic)
